Where we deliver:
We currently ship to Germany, the EU, and Switzerland – with lots of love and directly from us to you.
Processing time:
Your order will typically be hand-packed and ready for shipping within 1–4 business days . We'll do our best to ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible—lovingly packed, with bookish vibes included.
Shipping time:
Germany: approx. 1–2 working days with DHL
EU / Switzerland: approx. 3–8 working days (depending on destination country & shipping
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. During peak periods (e.g., new collections or holidays), slight delays may occur—thank you for your patience!
Shipment tracking:
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
DHL shipments include a tracking link. Unfortunately, letter shipments (e.g., individual small items) cannot be tracked.
Payment methods
In our shop, you can pay securely and easily – however it's most convenient for you. All payments are processed encrypted via Shopify Payments and protected by modern security standards.
The following payment methods are available to you:
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Klarna (e.g. Sofortüberweisung or purchase on account – depending on availability)
You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. And, of course, we'll also notify you as soon as your package is on its way.
Returns
Of course you can cancel your order within 14 days .

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is an error on our part (e.g. incorrect delivery or damaged item).
