Can I change or cancel my order later?

Is your order not on its way yet? Contact us quickly, and we'll check if we can still change or cancel it.

The product I want is sold out

Some of our products are particularly popular and can therefore sell out quickly. Don't worry: We've often already reordered them and are waiting for the next restock. Join the waitlist to be the first to be notified as soon as they're back in stock.

Shipment

Where do you deliver?

We ship our products worldwide, except for Austria. Shipping to other countries may incur higher shipping costs, which are automatically calculated during checkout. Please note that in some countries, additional customs fees may apply depending on the order value. These are not included in the order value.

Why don't you ship to Austria?

As a small company, we unfortunately cannot cope with the complicated regulations regarding packaging licensing in Austria.

Order to Austria with a third-party provider.

While we're unfortunately unable to take on this task, there are others who can help! So, if you'd like to order, you can use a third-party service like Logoix .

Can I track my shipment?

As soon as your package begins its journey, you'll receive an email from us with a tracking link so you can follow it step by step. Unfortunately, tracking isn't available for letter mail, but we'll notify you as soon as your order is on its way.

Return

Can I return products?

Of course, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for all purchases. If you would like to return something, you can easily request a return using our contact form or by emailing support@paper-poets.de . We will then send you the return address to which you can send your order back at your own expense. Once we receive the return, we will promptly refund the purchase price.

Please ensure that the products are returned in their original condition. You can find all details regarding returns in our cancellation policy.

Important: Since we only accept statutory cancellations, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the goods are damaged or incorrectly delivered, we will of course provide you with a free return label.
