1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop Paper & Poets , represented by Annalena Greger, Luitpoldstraße 15, 76770 Hatzenbühl (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us").

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By submitting your order, you are making a binding offer to purchase.
The contract is concluded as soon as you receive an order confirmation from us via email.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are quoted in euros and include VAT.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, depending on package size and delivery country . The shipping costs displayed during the order process apply.

5th delivery

We will ship your order within a few working days after receiving payment.
Delivery is handled by DHL . According to DHL, the standard delivery times are:

Germany: approx. 2–4 working days
EU / Switzerland / USA: approx. 5–10 working days

Please note that there may be deviations (e.g., due to high demand or international shipping).

6. Payment

Payments are made via the payment methods offered at checkout.
We use Shopify Payments , which gives you access to the following payment methods, among others:

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
PayPal
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Klarna (instant bank transfer, possibly purchase on account)
More depending on availability

7. Right of withdrawal

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days .

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. Should you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible by email at support@paper-poets.de .

10. Liability

We are only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent. For simple negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (so-called cardinal obligations) and only for foreseeable damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board – and are not currently participating.

12. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
