So that you know exactly what to expect when you place your order, you will find our terms and conditions here – short, clear, and legally correct.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders via our online shop Paper & Poets , represented by Annalena Greger, Luitpoldstraße 150, 76770 Hatzenbühl (hereinafter "we" or "us").

By completing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.
By submitting your order you submit a binding offer to purchase.
The contract is concluded as soon as you receive an order confirmation from us by email.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are quoted in euros and include VAT.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on package size and delivery country . The shipping costs displayed during the order process apply.

5. Delivery

We will ship your order within a few business days after receipt of payment.
Delivery is via DHL . Standard delivery times according to DHL are:

Germany: approx. 2–4 working days
EU / Switzerland / USA: approx. 5–10 working days

Please note that variations may occur (e.g. due to high demand or international shipping).

6. Payment

Payments are made using the payment methods offered in the checkout.
We use Shopify Payments , which allows you to use the following payment methods, among others:

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
PayPal
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Klarna (instant bank transfer, purchase on account if necessary)
More depending on availability

7. Right of withdrawal

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days .

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty applies. If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible by email at support@paper-poets.de .

10. Liability

We are only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct. For simple negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (so-called cardinal obligations) and only for foreseeable damages.

11. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board – and do not currently participate.

12. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
